On Monday, the Foreign Office said that approximately 1,000 Pakistanis would be evacuated from conflict-torn Sudan within the next 24 to 48 hours.
According to a brief statement published by the FO, 93 more Pakistanis stuck in Sudan had arrived in the nation in the fourth round of evacuees. According to the report, the most recent batch arrived at Islamabad Airport on Monday on aircraft number PK754.

So far, 729 Pakistanis have been restored to the country with the current group of evacuees.
Since the fighting began earlier this month, the FO has been working to repatriate Pakistanis who have become stranded in the battle zone.
The Pakistanis in Sudan are being evacuated to Port Sudan before being transported to Jeddah, where the Pakistan Air Force is transporting them home.
What’s happening in Sudan?
On April 15, fighting erupted in Sudan between soldiers loyal to army leader Abdel Fattah al-Burhan and his deputy-turned-rival Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, commander of the strong paramilitary Rapid Support Soldiers (RSF).
So far, over 500 people have been killed in the clashes.
Daglo’s RSF arose from the Janjaweed fighters unleashed in Darfur by previous strongman Omar al-Bashir, who was accused of war crimes including genocide.
Following widespread citizen protests, the military deposed Bashir in April 2019.
The two generals took control in a coup in 2021, but they later clashed in a violent power struggle, most notably over the planned integration of the RSF into the regular army.
