Digital Cooperation Organisation Explores Startup Funding and Cloud Infrastructure with IT Minister
In a recent Digital Cooperation Organisation (DCO) meeting, Dr. Umar Saif, the Caretaker Minister for IT and Telecommunication, delved into discussions regarding a startup fund spanning member countries of the organization and the collaborative utilization of cloud services and infrastructure.
The World Economic Forum's annual meeting in Davos has commenced, scheduled to run from January 15 to 19.
Dr. Saif's primary objective is to foster investor interest, positioning Pakistan as an upcoming 'digital hub' in the global landscape.
During the meeting, he engaged with the Secretary General of the DCO and held discussions with IT Ministers from Qatar and Rwanda.
The gathering will see the participation of prominent world leaders, including the Prime Minister of Pakistan, emphasizing the significance of these deliberations.
