Pakistan and MENA Forge New Alliances, From Tech Hubs to Tourism Ventures

In a bid to bolster economic ties and facilitate collaboration with the MENA region, the Pakistani government is actively working towards opening up its markets to mutually beneficial ventures in agriculture, textiles, engineering, and services, according to a recent press release.

Dr. Gohar Ejaz, the Federal Minister for Commerce, recently engaged in discussions with Egypt's Minister of Commerce during the fourth Pakistan-Africa Trade Development Conference (PATDC) & Single Country Exhibition (SCE). The meeting, attended by policymakers and business leaders from various countries, emphasized the potential for expanding economic and trade ties between Pakistan and Egypt.

Both parties acknowledged the shared advantages that could arise from strengthening these ties, with a commitment to deepening cooperation in key sectors. The discussions at the event highlighted the dedication of both nations to fortify economic bonds and leverage each other's strengths.
