In a surprising turn of events, the price of 24 karat gold per tola witnessed a noteworthy increase of Rs.900 on Tuesday, reaching Rs.213,000, as compared to the previous day's rate of Rs.212,100. Simultaneously, the cost of 10 grams of 24 karat gold experienced a significant uptick, rising by Rs.771 and settling at Rs.182,613, compared to its earlier price of Rs.181,842.
The rates for both per tola and ten-gram silver remained unaltered, maintaining their stability at Rs.2,550 and Rs.2,186.21, respectively. Meanwhile, in the global market, the price of gold exhibited a $3 increase, reaching $2,015 from its previous rate of $2,012, as reported by the Association.
