The CEO of Pakistan Railways stated in a statement that the railway network will be converted to solar energy to reduce economic strain.

The CEO further added that the railway decided to restart the Mohenjo Daro Express on the orders of Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique on July 20.

The Mohenjo Daro Express, according to a statement made by Pakistan Railways, will consist of eight economy carriages and will run between Dadu and Habib Kot.

Salman Sadiq Sheikh, CEO of Salman, stated that if the Mohenjo Daro Express is successful, the Bolan Express will be reinstated. However, running the Khushhal Khan Khattak Express commercially is currently not viable, he clarified.
