The Banking Pakistan Ombudsman has been named Sirajuddin Aziz.
Aziz is a skilled and seasoned banker who has held positions with a number of organisations in Pakistan, China, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, and the United Arab Emirates. Prior to this, he served as Habib Bank AG Zurich's Chief Executive Officer-Financial Institution.
He formerly served as the president and chief executive officer of a number of important commercial banks in Pakistan. Aziz is a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers of Pakistan (IBP).
