The eatery takes pride in leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline every facet of the cooking process, including the ordering system. Teaming up with Miso Robotics, renowned for their AI-powered fry station, Flippy, and PopID, a leading biometrics tech company facilitating ordering, CaliExpress has curated an unparalleled dining experience.

Patrons can marvel at robots adeptly managing bespoke orders within what can be described as a "pseudo-museum experience." John Miller, CEO of PopID, underlines the fact that this marks the first-ever restaurant globally where both ordering and cooking processes are entirely automated.
